How checks work
Signed ClickUp webhooks request a fast check after relevant task changes. An hourly Cloudflare schedule is the independent backstop that can detect a missing event. Each check reads at most 500 tasks per List and never edits a task, automation, or Workspace setting.
Receipts and retention
Incident rows can be exported as CSV or PDF through a ten-minute signed download. Stored ClickUp credentials, Workspace and List names, and task expectations are encrypted. Account deletion removes the webhook, encrypted records, and generated receipt objects.
Limits
One connected Workspace, up to 10 active expectations, and up to 1,000 checks per month. $9 per month after a 14-day trial.
