A read-only workflow for preserving and reviewing Stripe product and price history.

Install and authorize

Install from the Stripe App Marketplace and approve Products, Prices, and Events read access. Catalog Sentinel never requests write access.

Create the first baseline

The first scan records the current catalog without calling existing objects changes. Later manual, event-driven, and daily scans compare against that baseline.

Review risk findings

Warnings identify configurations worth checking, including active products without active prices, archived default prices, and annual amounts below three monthly payments. Catalog Sentinel never edits them automatically.

Export a receipt

Choose Export audit receipt in the Stripe app. The short-lived account-scoped link downloads a CSV with timestamps, object IDs, severity, summaries, and resolution state.

Billing and cancellation

The plan costs $12 per Stripe account each month after a 14-day trial. Open Settings → Plans and billing to use Stripe's hosted billing portal. Cancel before deleting stored data so billing cannot outlive the account.
