Build a verifiable month-end binder
Select a month after connecting exactly one Xero organisation. The app reads at most 200 sales invoices and bills, downloads their canonical PDFs and up to ten attachments each, and creates one ZIP organized by month and invoice number.

Limits and retention
Each export is capped at 200 invoices, ten attachments per invoice, and 100 MB. Each organisation can run ten exports per month. ZIPs expire after 30 days; signed download links expire after 15 minutes.
What the app never does
It never creates, edits, approves, sends, pays, or deletes accounting records. OAuth tokens and organisation names are encrypted at rest. Deleting the account removes its exported ZIPs and encrypted local state.
