Does this replace my digital delivery app?
No. LinkLifeboat is a controlled second path for recovery when a primary delivery email, app, or old link fails.
What happens after a refund?
Cancellation and refund webhooks revoke the order entitlement, so an existing recovery link can no longer download the file.
What customer data is stored?
The app stores Shopify order ID, optional customer ID, entitlement state, download count, and timestamps. It does not store customer name, email, phone, or address.
How are files protected?
Files are checksum-verified, stored in Cloudflare R2, limited by per-shop ceilings, and delivered only through signed expiring links with exact download limits.
