Content & Moderation Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to marketplace kits and any content coaches or users submit for publication. Your private, self-directed plans are yours; this policy governs content that can be seen or used by others.
2. What is not allowed
Do not submit content that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- is sexual content, gratuitous violence, hate or harassment, or content that endangers minors;
- promotes self-harm, dangerous activities, or regulated activity presented as professional medical, legal, or financial advice;
- is deceptive, fraudulent, or misrepresents its origin, credentials, or provenance;
- contains malware, or attempts to defeat PrepKit's safety, capability, or format controls.
3. How review works
Before a marketplace kit is published, it passes technical trust controls: a content-filter and category-policy gate, completion-gated submission, and an approval queue with recorded, immutable release decisions. These controls reduce risk but are not a guarantee that every item is error-free, and this policy does not promise a specific human-review response time.
4. Reporting & blocking
Users and coaches can report a kit or coach and block coaches or users. A public support route is available for concerns. Reports are recorded and can trigger review.
5. Enforcement
Where content violates this policy, PrepKit may pause or take down the content and suspend the responsible account. Enforcement events preserve evidence so decisions can be reviewed and appealed.
6. Appeals
If your content is paused or removed, you may submit an appeal. Appeals are reviewed against this policy and the recorded evidence.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; material changes are dated here. To report content or ask a question: [email protected].
