PrepKit

Privacy Policy

Draft prepared 21 August 2026. Effective on PrepKit's public launch. PrepKit is an application published by Cazi Media. This app-specific policy sits under, and is read together with, the Cazi Media Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach

PrepKit turns a broad goal into a structured, adaptive preparation plan. We built it to work with the minimum data required to do that. In plain terms:

2. Data linked to your account

When you use PrepKit with an account, we process the following, linked to your account, to run the service:

Purposes

We use the above only for: app functionality, personalization, security, support, and reliability.

3. Device permissions — camera, microphone, notifications

Some activities can use your device camera and microphone, and PrepKit can send reminders. These permissions are always under your control and are used on your device:

4. AI as a bounded planning aid

PrepKit uses AI for one step: helping compile your goal into a structured plan. It is bounded, not a chat product. The context sent for this step is minimized goal context without account identifiers, and generated material is validated against PrepKit's structured format, capability limits, and safety controls before it appears in your kit.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by the platform storefront (Apple App Store or Google Play) and, where offered on the web, by Stripe. PrepKit does not store your payment card or credentials. We retain verified transaction records to grant the right entitlements and keep accurate accounting.

6. Retention, export, and deletion

You can request an export of your data and request deletion of your account directly in PrepKit. Sign in, open Account and privacy, enter your current password, type DELETE, then select Reauthenticate and request deletion. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your support request and ask for PrepKit account deletion.

When you delete your account, our deletion process removes notification data first, unlinks commerce and moderation controls, and finally removes the account and its owned learning data, including goals, kit answers, generated kits, and progress. Certain records that must remain immutable for financial and trust integrity (for example, transaction ledger entries and moderation evidence) are retained only as required; their user-facing rows are removed and their account identifier becomes unlinkable.

7. Children

PrepKit is intended for users aged 13 and over. Marketplace content ratings are assigned separately by each rating authority. PrepKit is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Security & international processing

PrepKit uses standard transport encryption (TLS), platform keychain/keystore protection, and encrypted storage. Data may be processed on infrastructure in more than one country; cross-border storage arrangements are confirmed as a launch input.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and where required, surfaced in the app.
