Schema Receipt

Durable install-forward evidence for structural changes to selected Notion data sources.

1. Connect

Authorize the read-only Notion connection and explicitly share the databases it may inspect. The connection can see only content the authorizing user grants during OAuth.

2. Select

Choose up to 20 visible data sources. Schema Receipt immediately fetches each source's current property schema as the honest install-forward baseline.

3. Review

Signed Notion schema events trigger a fresh read. The ledger shows added, removed, renamed, type-changed, and configuration-changed properties with exact before-and-after hashes.

What the app stores

Workspace, authorizing-user, bot, data-source, event, and property identifiers; source and property names; property types; configuration digests; timestamps; encrypted Notion OAuth credentials; billing identifiers; sessions; and generated receipt objects. The app does not retain Notion page text, row values, files, comments, or permissions.

Evidence boundaries

The ledger begins with the baseline created after connection and source selection. It never claims history from before installation. Webhook deliveries are routed using Notion's signed accessible_by metadata and deduplicated per installation and event.

Exports, retention, and deletion

CSV and PDF receipt links are signed and expire after 15 minutes. Evidence is retained for up to 365 days by default. Cancel active billing before deletion. Deletion removes Cazimedia-held credentials, baselines, events, receipts, and sessions; disconnect the connection in Notion separately if you also want to revoke Notion access.

Billing

$5 per connected Notion user/workspace per month after a 14-day trial. A connection may track up to 20 selected data sources.
