Build a durable, read-only history for the Asana projects your team needs to explain later.
Connect and select
Open Snapshot Ledger, sign in through Asana OAuth, choose a workspace, and select up to 3 trial projects or 10 paid projects. The app requests read-only user, workspace, project, and task access.
Capture project state
Run the first capture, then daily captures preserve canonical task state with a content hash. A capture is capped at 10,000 project-task states.
Compare and export
Choose an earlier and later snapshot to review exact additions, removals, and field changes. Paid workspaces can generate a 15-minute PDF or CSV download.
Schedule delivery
Choose weekly or monthly PDF or CSV delivery. Reports can go only to the verified email returned by the connected Asana account; there is no arbitrary recipient field.
Trial, billing, and deletion
The 14-day trial needs no card. The plan is $9 per workspace each month. Cancel an active subscription in the Stripe portal before permanently deleting the connection, snapshots, and reports.
