Follow this simple step-by-step guide to install the Bulk File ZIP Exporter and start compressing board attachments instantly.
Click the Start 14-Day Free Trial or Install to monday buttons at the top of this page. This redirects you to monday's authorization screen. Choose the workspace where you want the app enabled and approve the requested read scopes.
Open any monday.com board containing files or attachments. Make sure you have at least one File column set up with active documents (PDFs, images, spreadsheets, invoices, etc.).
Check the select-row checkboxes on the left side of the rows containing the attachments you want to download. Each export can be up to 50 MB.
Once rows are selected, a floating toolbar appears at the bottom of your screen. Click the Apps button in this toolbar, then select Bulk ZIP Exporter from the dropdown.
The app panel will open and compile all attachments in transient memory. Once the compression finishes, click the Download ZIP button to save the organized archive directly to your local computer.
