Validate before merging
Reject malformed, oversized, non-PDF, or redirected files before they can become a broken binder.
Verify the write-back
Airtable fetches the updated record before success appears, and a source hash ties the result to the exact input set.
Temporary processing by design
Source URLs are removed as soon as a job finishes. The merged output expires after 24 hours. Attachment Binder never asks for an Airtable API token; write-back runs under the current Airtable user's permissions.
