Welcome to Cazi Media. By using our websites, software, plugins, or applications (including our monday.com and Shopify integrations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using any software published by Cazi Media (including the Bulk File ZIP Exporter and ZipGuard), you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization or team to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use our software.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use our integrations within your approved workspaces or stores. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our backend edge runtimes.
- Utilize our Edge API endpoints for automated indexing, scraping, or spamming activities.
- Attempt to bypass the safety limits configured on our edge runtimes.
3. Service Availability and Modifications
We build our tools on top-tier global edge networks (Cloudflare Workers) to maintain maximum uptime. However, we do not warrant that our integrations will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to deploy updates, bug fixes, or modify features of our tools at any time to preserve stability and security.
4. Subscription and Billing
Pricing plans are billed directly through the marketplace where you installed the app — monday.com's app monetization system, or Shopify's billing system. Subscription management, trial periods, and billing disputes are handled in accordance with that marketplace's monetization policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cazi Media disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cazi Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of our workflow integration tools.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
