Data processed
QuickBooks company ID and name, encrypted OAuth tokens, closing date, supported transaction IDs, dates, safe accounting fields, content hashes, subscription state, and generated receipt metadata. Contact, address, email, phone, free-text description, note, bank-feed, payroll, tax, and payment-card data are excluded.
Purpose and retention
Data is used only to detect and document closed-period changes, operate billing, secure access, and support deletion. Evidence is retained for up to 365 days unless deleted sooner. Short-lived downloads expire after 15 minutes.
Processors and rights
Cloudflare provides compute and storage; Stripe provides subscription billing; Intuit provides QuickBooks data and OAuth. Cazimedia does not sell personal data. Disconnect in QuickBooks, cancel billing in the Stripe portal, then use the in-app deletion flow or contact [email protected].
