Course Close Receipt reads site-owner Orders and Enrollments through Thinkific OAuth. It retains amounts, statuses, product/course labels, timestamps, and keyed learner digests. It does not retain learner names or email addresses.

What gross means
Only complete-order amounts contribute to the all-orders gross total. Processing and other statuses remain visible as counts.
