Data used
With your authorization, Listing Archive Binder reads your Etsy shop name and selected listing metadata, images, and digital-file metadata. It does not request buyer, order, payment, or email scopes and cannot change your Etsy shop.
Storage
OAuth tokens and the shop name are encrypted at rest. Generated ZIP archives are stored for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. Session records expire after 14 days. Account deletion removes encrypted account state and stored archives.
Providers
Cloudflare processes and stores application data through Workers, D1, R2, Queues, Durable Objects, and Turnstile. Etsy supplies the authorized listing data. Stripe processes subscriptions; Cazi Media does not store card numbers.
Logs
Operational logs may record an internal archive identifier and bounded error code. They do not intentionally contain OAuth tokens, shop names, listing titles, file names, or archive contents.
Your choices
You may disconnect Etsy access from Etsy, delete your Listing Archive Binder account from the app, or contact [email protected] for access or deletion help.
