Creator Payout Policy

1. How earnings are calculated

Creator earnings are 70% of net kit receipts; PrepKit retains 30%. "Net receipts" means gross receipts after applicable taxes and provider fees, and after refunds, chargebacks, and fraud losses. Each of those is preserved as a separate, immutable adjustment. The 70/30 split is applied at the line level and rounded to the currency's smallest unit; PrepKit takes the exact remainder so amounts always reconcile.

2. Currency handling

Earnings are tracked per currency and are never combined across currencies. You will see a separate balance and statement per currency in which your kits earn.

3. Eligibility to be paid

A payout is available only when all of the following are true:

• you have completed identity verification (KYC) and payouts are enabled by our onboarding provider;
• you have a positive, matured payable balance after any applicable reserve; and
• the balance meets the minimum payout threshold for its currency.

Being eligible does not itself move money; it makes a matured balance payable on the payout schedule.

4. Maturity & reserves

Recent receipts may be held for a maturity/reserve period to cover potential refunds, chargebacks, and fraud before funds become payable. The exact reserve duration, maturity window, minimum thresholds, and payout schedule are specified during coach onboarding and may vary by region and provider.

5. Statements

Each payout period produces an immutable statement showing gross, tax, provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, fraud loss, net receipts, and the line-level 70/30 split, in the currency's smallest unit.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We may require tax information and may withhold or report where required by law. Merchant-of-record and tax classification for a given region are confirmed at onboarding.

7. Negative balances

If refunds or chargebacks exceed new receipts, your balance for that currency can go negative and is recovered from future receipts before further payouts are made.
