Creator Marketplace Agreement

1. Who this is for

This agreement is for independent coaches ("Creators") who use PrepKit Coach Studio to author preparation kits and offer them to PrepKit users.

2. Authoring & submission

Creators author kits in Coach Studio, supplying outcome and audience, structured intake and activities, completion evidence, and rights/provenance attestations. Submissions are completion-gated: a kit must satisfy required release tests and evidence before it can be submitted for review.

3. Content rights & provenance

You represent that you own, or have all necessary rights to, the content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. Rights and provenance attestations are recorded (stored as hashes) as part of your submission. You retain ownership of your content and grant Cazi Media a license to host, present, and distribute it through PrepKit for as long as it is published.

4. Review, labelling & enforcement

• Submitted kits pass a separate review gate before publication, per the Content & Moderation Policy.
• Marketplace kits, and any sponsored or paid placements, are clearly labelled to users.
• PrepKit may decline, pause, take down, or require changes to a kit. Enforcement events preserve evidence, and you may use the appeals process.

5. AI use in authoring

Where you use AI-assisted tools, generated material is validated against PrepKit's structured format, capability limits, and safety controls before it can be published. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of everything you publish.

6. Pricing & revenue share

You may offer kits for free or set a price within PrepKit's supported ranges. Where a kit generates revenue, Creator earnings are 70% of net kit receipts; PrepKit retains the remaining 30%. "Net" is receipts after applicable taxes and provider fees, and after refunds, chargebacks, and fraud losses, which are recorded as separate adjustments. Amounts are tracked per currency and are never combined across currencies. Payouts are governed by the Creator Payout Policy.

7. Support obligations

Creators must maintain the report, block, and support controls required in marketplace presentation and respond to legitimate user and platform requests about their kits.

8. Termination

Either party may end this arrangement. On termination, published kits may be removed from sale; matured, eligible balances remain payable under the Payout Policy, and immutable ledger and evidence records are retained as required.
