Database structure, never page content

Last updated September 1, 2026.

Data processed

After authorization, Notion supplies workspace and user metadata, an OAuth token, data-source schema responses, and signed webhook events. Schema Receipt reads only the structural data needed to identify selected data sources and compare their properties.

Data retained

Cazimedia retains workspace, authorizing-user, bot, data-source, event, and property identifiers; source and property names; property types; configuration digests; timestamps; encrypted OAuth credentials; billing identifiers; sessions; and generated receipt objects. We do not retain Notion page text, row values, files, comments, or permissions.

Processors and purpose

Cloudflare processes hosting, D1 database, Queue, Durable Object rate limiting, R2 receipt storage, and Turnstile verification. Stripe processes subscription billing. Notion supplies authorized schema and webhook data. Data is used only to operate schema-change evidence, secure the service, provide billing, and answer support requests.

Retention and deletion

Schema evidence is retained for up to 365 days while the installation remains active. Signed receipt downloads expire after 15 minutes. After active billing is canceled, the customer can delete Cazimedia-held credentials, baselines, events, receipts, and sessions from the app. The customer may separately disconnect the connection in Notion to revoke Notion access.
