What the archive contains

Choose any combination of active, inactive, sold-out, draft, and expired Etsy listing states. The app creates a read-only ZIP containing exact listing JSON, a CSV index, full-size listing images, a summary, and a SHA-256 manifest.

Digital listings

Etsy's read-only Open API exposes the names, sizes, and types of digital listing files, but not the original file bytes. The binder therefore includes digital-files.json metadata and labels it metadata-only. Keep a separate copy of the original downloadable files.

Completeness

Each archive is limited to 100 listings and 100 MB, with a 15 MB ceiling per image. If a selected state reaches the listing cap, summary.json names that state as truncated. Failed image reads are listed as warnings instead of silently omitted.

Retention and safety

Archives expire after 30 days. Each download link expires after 15 minutes. OAuth scopes are read-only: the app cannot create, update, renew, or delete Etsy listings. Deleting your account removes stored ZIPs and encrypted Etsy tokens.

Billing

Listing Archive Binder costs $7/month after a 14-day trial. An account can create five archives per calendar month.
