Terms of Service
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating a PrepKit account or using the app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use PrepKit. If you use PrepKit on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Your license to use PrepKit
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PrepKit for your own preparation. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- PrepKit includes one free preparation kit.
- Premium access is offered at US$5 / month or US$50 / year. Eligible first-time subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial; the managing storefront determines eligibility and shows the renewal price and date before confirmation.
- Purchases and renewals are processed and managed by the App Store, Google Play, or (on the web) Stripe. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and billing management follow the rules of the store you purchased through.
- Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PrepKit to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or probe the service, or generate or distribute content prohibited by our Content & Moderation Policy.
5. AI planning aid — what it is and is not
PrepKit uses AI as a bounded planning aid to help structure your plan. Generated material is validated against PrepKit's structured format and safety controls, but it is general guidance, not professional advice. PrepKit does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Use judgement and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
6. Coach & marketplace content
Some kits are created by independent coaches through the PrepKit marketplace and are clearly labelled, as are any sponsored or paid placements. Marketplace participation is governed by the Creator Marketplace Agreement. Coach-created content is the responsibility of the coach who publishes it; PrepKit applies review gates but does not warrant third-party content.
7. Availability & changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date and, where required, surfaced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
PrepKit is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cazi Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using PrepKit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Content & Moderation Policy, preserving evidence where required.
10. Governing law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
